Handcrafted from fine Amakusa porcelain in Hasami, Japan. Finished in hardwearing, food-safe glaze and fired to full vitrification at 1300°C.

Perfectly sized for a spoonful of something sweet, a sliver of cheese, or a slice of fruit.

Ideal for single servings of cake, biscotti, or other small sweets, as well as bite-sized appetisers like blinis, devilled eggs, croquettes, or a pat of butter with a piece of bread.

It also doubles beautifully as a soap dish, jewellery tray, or a resting place for keys and coins. 

Softedge tableware is designed with durability and daily use in mind. Dishwasher and microwave-safe.

When stacking, small scratches may occur where glazed and unglazed surfaces come into contact.

To avoid scratches, ideally, your porcelain will either be stored in plate racks or with linen/felt between each item. Alternatively, we recommend stacking the plates face-to-face and base-to-base.
